As a Business Developer, you are responsible for commercial development, operational follow-up, and the growth of consulting activities.
You combine business development, client management, and talent recruitment to build long-term partnerships and successfully carry out client projects.
Function
- Develop new business opportunities: you actively prospect and build long-lasting relationships with clients and strategic accounts.
- Define and implement commercial strategies: you focus on consulting projects and translate client needs into tailored solutions.
- Support clients throughout the entire sales cycle: from needs analysis to proposal, negotiation, and contract closing.
- Advise clients at a strategic level: you collaborate with them on their challenges and workforce planning.
- Select and match consultants to client projects: you ensure optimal allocation of talent to current and future assignments.
- Handle negotiations and pricing: you ensure profitability without compromising client satisfaction.
- Monitor commercial and operational performance: you analyze KPIs, report results, and actively contribute to the organization’s growth.
- Manage a portfolio of clients and consultants: you guarantee quality, continuity, and long-term collaboration.
